## **Job Title: Full-Stack Web Developer – Lead Generation Platform (Home Services)**
**Location:** Bengaluru (On-Site)

### **About the Role:**
We are building a high-performance, conversion-optimized **home services lead generation platform** to capture and route leads via ping-post to buyers and ad networks. We're seeking a **Full-Stack Web Developer** with experience in performance marketing, dynamic web forms, API integrations, and lead delivery systems.
You’ll work closely with our founder (a veteran in the affiliate/leadgen space) to build this system from scratch or by integrating smart third-party tools like Leadshook, Lead Prosper, and RedTrack.

### **Responsibilities:**
- Build and deploy responsive, conversion-optimized landing pages and multi-step forms
- Integrate RedTrack tracking parameters (click ID, UTM, etc.) into all forms
- Capture first-party data (email, phone, IP, user agent, fbp/fbc cookies, etc.)
- Implement Meta Conversions API (CAPI) with high match scores (10/10)
- Integrate with lead distribution platforms (e.g., Lead Prosper) via webhook/ping-post
- Build a lightweight custom CRM to store leads, view attribution, and track delivery/sale status
- Set up validations (phone/email/address) and TCPA compliance capture
- Optimize for speed, mobile UX, and lead quality
- Maintain clean, modular code and documentation

### **Requirements:**
**Must-Have:**
- Proven experience building conversion funnels or leadgen sites (ideally in home services, finance, insurance, etc.)
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with frameworks like React or Vue
- Backend: Node.js, Laravel (PHP), or Python (Flask/Django)
- RESTful API integration experience (ping-post, CAPI, CRMs)
- Familiarity with tracking platforms (RedTrack, Voluum, etc.)
- Experience sending server-side events via Meta CAPI
- Knowledge of webhooks and working with tools like Leadshook or Lead Prosper
- Strong understanding of data privacy, TCPA compliance, and hashed user data handling
**Nice-to-Have:**
- Experience with AWS, Firebase, or DigitalOcean
- Familiarity with lead validation APIs (Twilio, NeverBounce, SmartyStreets)
- Knowledge of TrustedForm or Jornaya for compliance
- Experience building dashboards/admin panels (React Admin, Laravel Nova, etc.)
