Locations: Gurgaon, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad (Hybrid/On-site)

Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Lead Engineer with deep expertise in Cordys/OpenText AppWorks (16.x/20.x and above) to lead the architecture, development, and integration of enterprise-level BPM solutions. This role involves hands-on development, solution design, client engagement, and managing production-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable solutions using AppWorks/Cordys.
Develop and maintain custom reusable frameworks and components.
Integrate AppWorks with various enterprise systems and APIs.
Handle Cordys/AppWorks upgrades, patching, and server management.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and security issues.
Implement and manage business process workflows (BPM).
Work with SOAP/REST APIs, XForms UI components, and SQL/Oracle databases.
Monitor production environments and ensure timely incident resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients.
Lead and mentor team members, ensuring project quality and delivery.
Must-Have Skills
8+ years of hands-on experience with Cordys/OpenText AppWorks (16.x/20.x+).
Strong proficiency in Java (8+), SQL, and entity modeling.
Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and BPM practices.
Deep knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, and API integration.
Experience in building and managing production-grade solutions.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent client communication and team leadership abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience working on Unix/Linux OS environments.
Domain knowledge in Healthcare, especially Claims Processing.
Previous experience in managing live production environments and handling client escalations.
