Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Linux (Ubuntu), Jenkins, Kubernetes, Shell Scripting, and Python. You will play a key role in automating and optimizing our deployment and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer Linux (Ubuntu) environments, ensuring high availability and security.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Kubernetes.
Write and optimize shell scripts and Python scripts for automation and infrastructure management.
Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
Implement security best practices for infrastructure and application deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4 to 8 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or System Administration.
Proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu) administration and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD automation.
Strong understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Expertise in Shell Scripting and Python for automation.
Familiarity with Docker and containerization concepts.
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible is a plus.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
Understanding of networking, security, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
Exposure to security compliance and best practices.
Experience in automating infrastructure provisioning and management.
