Proso AI is seeking an experienced Azure Databricks Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Databricks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
Optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
Ensure data quality and integrity across all pipelines.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance our data solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on Azure Databricks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Scala.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with other Azure services like Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with big data tools and frameworks.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Certifications in Azure or related technologies.
