LOCATION: KOCHI,TRIVANDRUM

This is a client-facing role where you’ll lead a team, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and deliver robust, scalable solutions using cutting-edge frontend tech.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
Architect and build applications using ReactJS, Redux, Next.js
Work closely with the client team to gather and analyze requirements
Guide and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables
Integrate REST APIs, implement Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions)
Ensure performance optimization, clean code practices, and modern testing standards (e.g. Jest)
🌈 What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of frontend development experience
Strong understanding of React principles and application architecture
Proficient in TypeScript or Firebase, and familiar with modern JS tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.)
Great communication and leadership skills
