Job Title: AI Specialist
Experience: 3–5 years
Location: Hyderabad / Mumbai
Mode of Work: 5 Days, Work from office
Key Responsibilities:
Train and fine-tune LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral) for company-specific use cases
Customize and optimize model performance for production deployment
Collaborate with internal teams for model integration and data pipelines
Stay updated with the latest in GenAI and LLM techniques
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with LLMs
Familiarity with LoRA, QLoRA, RAG, PEFT
Knowledge of model evaluation, optimization, and GPU training
