Job Title : Full Stack Lead (Python)

Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead with expertise in Python to take on a leadership role in our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while mentoring junior developers and ensuring high-quality code delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the development and architecture of web applications and software solutions using Python and related technologies.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for front-end and back-end integration.
Develop and maintain both client-side and server-side code to ensure a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and deliver high-quality solutions.
Maintain and update codebase, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Python.
Strong experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, etc.).
Proficient in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or similar.
Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of version control tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
