About Our Team:
The Data Domain’s mission is to transform Cimpress businesses into data-driven organizations. We develop Personalization Framework that empowers businesses to enhance and optimize the engagement with their customers. We have multiple solutions ranging from knowing your customer to generating recommendations. We constantly explore areas to better utilize the data we gather and generate, to enhance the decision making and user experience.
What you will do:
● Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of web-application using React.js, Node.js and Typescript.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.
● Active involvement in designing and implementing efficient and secure API services to support various business functionalities.
● Iterate rapidly on new features, tooling, and processes as we work on enriching our products with new features.
● Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality standards.
● Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues promptly.
● Implement and maintain automated testing strategies for robust software delivery.
● Be actively involved in strategic direction and product decisions.
Qualifications we are looking for:
● An entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys moving quickly on new, green-field products.
● A high bar when working with production systems.
● Experience as a Full Stack Engineer, having worked on web-application, microservices, data-intensive applications, and delight users both internally and externally.
● In-depth understanding of design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
● Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Knowledge of Node.js runtime, JavaScript, TypeScript. Python, or Post-OOP languages is a plus.
● Ability to work in an agile environment and deliver high-quality code within specified timelines.
● Good communication and collaboration skills.
● The willingness to practice DevSecOps to build and deploy web scale infrastructure. We use Terraform, Serverless, Snowflake, AWS RDS and AWS Lambda heavily. Experience with AWS would be great (but not mandatory).
