Job Location: Pune, EON IT Park (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Transformation:
Develop and implement data models and visualizations using Power BI.
Integrate multiple platforms with Power BI to enable reporting across a range of dimensions. Perform advanced data munging, cleansing, and transformation tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Analyze data and derive actionable insights to support decision-making.
KPI and Reporting Frameworks:
Develop and implement structured workflows/methodologies for the team to effectively handle data storage, validation, cleansing and access to ensure consistency & accuracy.
Define and monitor KPIs leveraging data analytics tools to track performance.
Generate insights and dashboards that align with business objectives.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain clear communication channels with teams to facilitate collaboration.
Tools and Platform Proficiency:
Manage tasks and collaborate on projects using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Maintain accurate records, data, and content using Excel, SharePoint, MS Forms, Lists & other tools.
Experience on platforms like Power-Apps/Power Automate for process related automation.
Good to Have:
System Integration and Architecture:
Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) to validate system functionality from an end-user perspective.
Leverage knowledge of BSS/OSS processes to lead and drive testing deliveries & support cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with architects/developers/project managers to understand integration
Requirements and Workflows:
Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for system integration and architecture components.
Conduct functional & integration testing to ensure seamless interactions between systems.
Validate API integrations by performing rigorous testing, including RESTful API calls, error handling, and data flow validation.
Monitor and report system behavior during integration testing, identifying and documenting any anomalies or defects.
Work closely with the development team to ensure timely defect resolution and retesting.
Ensure adherence to data security and compliance standards during integration testing processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Power BI, system integration, and data transformation.
Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, PowerApps/Power Automate, etc.
Knowledge of API testing and documentation.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in [Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field].
Demonstrated ability to define and track KPIs.
Familiarity with BSS/OSS systems and their application in the telecom domain.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance, Power BI, System Architecture, or Project Management.

Platform proficiency – JIRA/ALM, Confluence, Sharepoint Site/Lists/Forms, etc.
Key performance indicators (KPI’s).
