About the Role
We are in urgent requirement of five Sr. AI / ML Developer with 6+ years of relevant experience who can join us soon.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in deep learning frameworks, proficiency in Python and essential ML libraries, and experience with big data manipulation and visualization. Additionally, familiarity with MLOps, Lang Chain, Generative AI, and Timeseries databases such as Druid/ClickHouse is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
Utilize deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow for model development.
Work extensively with Python and essential ML libraries including Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, and Scikit-learn.
Analyze, visualize, and manipulate large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
Leverage Lang Chain and Generative AI techniques for innovative solutions.
Implement and optimize MLOps pipelines for seamless model deployment and monitoring.
Work with TimeSeries databases like Druid/ClickHouse for efficient data handling.
Understand business objectives and develop models aligned with these goals, defining key performance metrics to track progress.
Assess different ML algorithms for problem-solving and rank them based on success probability.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, discrepancies, and potential challenges in data distribution.
Ensure data quality through robust data cleaning and verification processes.
Manage the data acquisition process, identifying and integrating additional datasets when needed.
Define validation strategies to evaluate model performance effectively.
Design and execute preprocessing and feature engineering tasks on raw datasets.
Train machine learning models and fine-tune hyperparameters to optimize performance.
Analyze model errors and devise strategies to mitigate performance issues.
Deploy models to production and monitor their performance, ensuring seamless integration into business workflows.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Python and ML-related libraries (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, Scikit-learn, etc.).
Strong experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow.
Expertise in handling and visualizing large datasets.
Familiarity with LangChain and Generative AI methodologies.
Knowledge of MLOps principles and best practices.
Experience with TimeSeries databases such as Druid or ClickHouse.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze different ML approaches for given challenges.
Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and validation strategies.
Hands-on experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying ML models.
Ability to interpret model errors and enhance model accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional
teams.
