About the Role
Job Title: DevOps Engineer
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid/On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipeline development, automation, and system reliability. You’ll work closely with development and QA teams to streamline deployment processes, monitor systems, and ensure high availability and performance of services.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.
Maintain and optimize infrastructure on AWS / Azure / GCP.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.
Containerize applications using Docker and manage them with Kubernetes.
Automate repetitive tasks and improve deployment workflows.
Ensure security best practices are followed across development and deployment environments.
Work with development teams to ensure smooth code releases and environment consistency.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD
Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana
Version control using Git
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS/GCP/Azure certification is a plus
Experience in a fast-paced Agile environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practi
