We’re building a first-of-its-kind AI-driven incident management platform powered by deep learning, real-time processing, and scalable infrastructure — with data privacy and security at the core.
As we gear up for global launch, we're looking for a Senior Data Scientist who can lead the development of production-ready machine learning pipelines that power critical features like event correlation, root cause analysis (RCA), noise reduction, and anomaly detection — all while ensuring enterprise-grade data governance.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement end-to-end data science solutions for high-impact incident intelligence use cases.
Build unsupervised and semi-supervised learning models to detect patterns, reduce alert noise, and correlate incidents across structured and unstructured logs.
Develop real-time and batch data pipelines using AWS Glue and PySpark.
Build, train, and deploy ML models using Amazon SageMaker and manage lifecycle operations with MLOps best practices.
Monitor models in production using AWS CloudWatch, detect model drift, and ensure high performance.
Implement data privacy and security measures to protect sensitive log, event, and trace data across cloud-native infrastructure.
Automate workflows that support continuous improvement and scaling of ML models across multiple customer environments.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience building SAAS and deploying machine learning solutions, especially in distributed or production-grade environments.
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and working knowledge of SQL.
Experience with unsupervised/semi-supervised ML algorithms (e.g., clustering, autoencoders, isolation forests, etc.).
Hands-on expertise with AWS Glue, Amazon SageMaker, Bed Rock, and CloudWatch.
Experience in MLOps, CI/CD for data workflows, and model versioning tools (MLflow, DVC).
Deep understanding of data governance, security, and privacy best practices in cloud environments.
Leverage structured and unstructured data across databases and data lakes including:
PostgreSQL
MongoDB Atlas
Dynamodb
Snowflake
Data bricks
Amazon S3
Nice to Have
Prior experience in observability, AIOps, or incident management platforms.
Familiarity with processing high-dimensional time series or log data.
Exposure to secure, agentless data collection models or zero-trust architecture.
