We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to lead the development efforts for our US-based client. This role requires expertise in building and scaling full-stack applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, test, and deploy robust full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
* Lead the integration and management of APIs and third-party services.
* Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
* Perform code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and mentor junior developers.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
Technical Skills Required
* JavaScript & ES6+: Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
* Frontend Frameworks: Extensive experience with React.js, Next.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
* Backend Technologies: Expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
* API Development: Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
* Version Control: Proficient in Git and familiar with branching strategies.
* DevOps Tools: Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
* Cloud Services: Familiarity with AWS or Azure for cloud deployments and management.
* Tooling & Testing: Understanding of Webpack, Babel, and testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
* Security: Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT) and implementation of security best practices.
* Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
