The ideal candidate will contribute to Pega implementation projects, ensuring solutions align with business and technical requirements. This role requires hands-on expertise with Pega PRPC, decisioning tools, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop Pega-based solutions with a focus on decisioning and customer engagement.
Work on Pega CDH implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Configure and optimize Next Best Action strategies, Adaptive Models, and Predictive Models within Pega.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Support integration efforts between Pega decisioning, marketing, and operational processes.
Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices through reviews and testing.
Maintain documentation for technical configurations, architecture, and solution designs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory Certifications: CPDC
3+ years of experience in Pega development and implementation.
Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC (version 8+) and decisioning tools.
Understanding of Next Best Action Designer, Decision Data Store, Adaptive and Predictive Models.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
