About the Role
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of our full-stack ERP SaaS application. The ideal candidate will lead a cross-functional team, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, and develop a cloud-native, multi-tenant ERP SaaS platform.
Lead a team of engineers across frontend, backend, and DevOps.
Ensure seamless Azure-based deployments with CI/CD pipelines.
Oversee integrations with financial, procurement, and field service applications.
Optimize system performance, security, and scalability.
Guide best practices in DevOps, microservices, and API development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical decisions with business goals.
Requirements
5+ years in full-stack development with leadership experience.
Expertise in Azure, DevOps, and microservices architecture.
Strong proficiency in Java, React, Typescript, Node.js/Python, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Experience with ERP systems, financial integrations, and construction SaaS solutions.
Proven track record of delivering scalable, multi-tenant SaaS applications.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred
Experience with Playwright for automated testing.
Familiarity with GraphQL, Docker, Pubsub, and event-driven architectures.
Background in AI/ML-driven analytics for construction tech.
