Job description:
5+ years of professional experience in Dynamics 365 F&SCM customizations and development.
Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple Dynamics 365 projects, preferably in a manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environment.
Minimum of 2-3 years’ hands-on experience with ZATCA integration projects or similar regulatory compliance integrations.
Develop and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM using X++, Extensions, and Data Entities.
Design and implement integrations with ZATCA (FATOORA) platform using APIs, XML/JSON, and web services (SOAP/REST).
Ensure e-invoicing compliance per ZATCA Phase 1 (Generation) and Phase 2 (Integration) requirements including invoice cryptographic stamping and QR code implementation.
Coordinate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
Configure and deploy electronic reporting (ER) frameworks and data entities related to invoicing.
Design, develop, and monitor batch jobs, workflow customizations, and Power Automate integrations (if applicable).
Conduct thorough unit testing and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and deployment challenges.
Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and deployment guidelines.
Collaborate with external ZATCA-accredited e-Invoicing solution providers (e.g., TeraByte, E-Invoicing Hub, etc.) as needed.
Stay updated on evolving ZATCA regulations and recommend proactive changes to maintain compliance.
