About the Role
Experience: 4-6 yrs
Manages the development and improvement of NAV, UiPath, Power Automate/Power BI/SQL SSRS for Asia sites.
Manages the administration, support, and training for business applications in Asia area.
Troubleshooting and resolving any problems with business applications.
Ensures the business applications comply with organization policies.
Identifies emerging trends/best practices and ensures proposed solutions meet Organization Goals.
Conducts intuitive studies and analyzes the structure and flow of the business work to identify possible application improvement.
Partnering with the technology suppliers to design, develop and implement new solutions required to deliver the business requirements with appropriate mythologies.
Responsible for the quality and excellence in design, development and end-to-end operation of enterprise applications.
Collaborate with regional IT team to manage system backups and disaster recovery plans.
Optimize system performance through regular maintenance and upgrades.
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and support activities.
Generate reports on system performance, user issues, and resolution times.
Work closely with external vendor to resolve technical issues and implement new features.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and end-users.
Support regional IT audit activity.
Train all employees on applications and solicit feedback for continuous improvement.
Support IT helpdesk function.
