We are seeking experienced and results-driven Tableau Developers to join our dynamic team at Drighna Group. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about transforming data into insightful and visually compelling dashboards that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and visual reports based on business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy and reliability across various use cases.
Connect Tableau with diverse data sources, including SQL databases, spreadsheets, and cloud-based APIs.
Maintain documentation and version control for all BI assets and processes.
Support ongoing data initiatives and assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.
Required Qualifications:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development.
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and performing data transformations.
Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and ETL concepts.
Experience in building interactive and scalable dashboards for business users.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision in reporting.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Tableau Server/Online administration and user management.
Familiarity with other BI tools or scripting languages such as Power BI or Python.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
