Grads Buddy is looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a specialized academic-style project in Java-based software testing and test automation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in mutation testing, automated test data generation, and program correctness analysis.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Analyze Java programs for competence domain, detector sets, and fault metrics
Execute mutation testing using tools like LittleDarwin
Implement and report on EvoSuite-based test coverage
Create test data generators for triangle classification based on probability
Evaluate syntactic coverage and testing effectiveness
✅ Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Java, JUnit, Maven
Hands-on experience with EvoSuite and mutation testing
Familiarity with LittleDarwin or equivalent tools
Solid understanding of software testing principles (RMS, PMS, EMS)
Ability to write test drivers and classification logic
⭐ Preferred
Exposure to academic or research-style programming
Comfortable analyzing program correctness and formal logic
