🔧 Role Overview
We’re seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer to lead the development of DasVita’s core applications — from our Agri LMS, green campus dashboards, to IoT-driven farm tools and B2B commerce platforms. You’ll work closely with product owners, UX designers, and domain experts to bring futuristic and scalable solutions to life.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🏗️ Architect and develop scalable full-stack applications (LMS, dashboards, portals)
⚙️ Build both front-end (React, Next.js, etc.) and back-end (Node.js, Django, etc.) services
📱 Create responsive UI/UX for mobile and web users (institutions, farmers, businesses)
🌐 Integrate APIs, IoT sensors, payment systems, and third-party services
🚀 Optimize app performance, security, and data management (AWS/GCP/Firebase)
🧪 Collaborate on MVP iterations, test deployments, and end-user feedback loops
🧰 Manage Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable architecture
👨💻 Must-Have Skills
✅ 3–6 years of experience in full stack development
✅ Proficient in front-end (React.js, Vue.js, Tailwind, etc.) and back-end (Node.js, Python, or similar)
✅ Experience with NoSQL/SQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase, etc.)
✅ Familiar with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Firebase)
✅ Git, REST APIs, DevOps tools, and basic deployment management
✅ Comfortable working in lean, startup-style, fast-paced environments
🌱 Good-to-Have (Bonus)
🧠 Experience in AgriTech, Sustainability, or EdTech domains
🔌 Familiarity with IoT integrations, sensor data, or smart irrigation systems
📦 Knowledge of eCommerce backend (order mgmt, inventory, vendor onboarding)
🧬 Interest in building platforms that create real-world impact in rural/agricultural India
