About the Role
As a Bluetooth Software Firmware Engineer you will work on Bluetooth Host Software - to design and implement latest Profiles and applications, and SIG defined enhancements to core Stack for IFX BLE and Dual mode BT Chips.
In your new role you will:
Design, implement and test new Bluetooth Host stack and profiles such as LE Audio, Channel Sounding, etc.
Work with Applications team and customers to help productize.
Support Bluetooth Stack and profiles on existing chips and platforms.
Follow and actively participate in the BT SIG Workgroup discussions.
Work with Software verification team to automate testing.
Pre-Tape out verification and debugging on FPGA.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
BE/BTech or MS/MTech and about 6 to 10 years of relevant software development experience.
Knowledge of BT/BLE protocol and profile specifications is desirable.
Familiarity with UART, SPI, SDIO, I2C, I2S is a good to have.
Good analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills and experience in debugging embedded applications.
Proficiency in C programming and experience in design/development of software in deeply embedded platforms. Knowing Python will be helpful.
