MERN STACK ENGINEER / DEVELOPER
Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid) | Experience: 1+ Year | Type: Full-Time

Mushin is an Inflection Point portfolio Gurgaon based startup developing B2B SaaS products for automobile manufacturing units with the vision of automating, digitizing and IoT enabling manufacturing sector in India.
Mushin's patented software product significantly increases the efficiency and greatly decreases the cost of manufacturing Petrol/Diesel/EV cars and bikes.
Our software has been widely accepted and is being used by leading automotive companies like Maruti, JCB, Honda, VW, AMG, Hyundai and many more.

Key Responsibilities:
Full-Stack Development
Architect, develop, and maintain scalable applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
Design and develop interactive UIs with tailwind css that enhance user experience.
Collaboration & Innovation
Work closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Contribute to architectural discussions, bringing in best practices for scalability and maintainability.
Technical Excellence
Solve complex engineering challenges, ensuring high performance and code quality.
Implement and maintain unit tests (Mocha/Jest) to ensure robust and reliable code.
Work with Microservices & Docker to streamline development and deployment processes.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with the latest advancements in JavaScript, cloud services, and innovations.
Optimize existing applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Required Skills & Experience
1+ year of professional experience in MERN Stack development.
Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Redux, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB (including MongoDB Atlas).
Experience with Microservices architecture and Docker for scalable deployments.
Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
Proficiency in unit testing frameworks (Mocha/Jest) to ensure code reliability.
Exposure to Nextjs (at least one project).
Bonus Skills
Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
What we DON'T offer:
Truth be told we won't be paying you hefty salaries like other startups.
Mushin has been a completely bootstrapped business and in the early days of this startup we will be able to offer you a monthly remuneration somewhere between ₹ 30,000 - ₹45,000.
