About the Role
Job Overview:
As a Flutter Developer, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining scalable platforms that support real-time academic assignment workflows. You’ll work on the website, handle real-time features, and contribute directly to the growth of a product that supports thousands of international students and freelance academic experts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain backend APIs and frontend interfaces using the MERN stack.
· Build and optimise cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
· Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments.
· Implement Redis for caching, queues, and real-time data handling.
· Build real-time communication systems using WebSocket’s (chat, notifications, live updates).
· Collaborate with the operations team to automate and improve assignment workflows.
· Ensure performance, scalability, and security across systems.
· Troubleshoot bugs, optimise performance, and refactor legacy systems.
· Participate in design discussions and code reviews.
Skills & Requirements:
Solid experience in full-stack JavaScript development (MERN: Postgres, Redis, React.js, Node.js).
Proficient in Flutter and Dart with experience building cross-platform mobile apps.
Implemented WebSocket-based features (real-time updates, notifications, messaging).
Strong grasp of software development principles.
Version control using Git and GitHub.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
