WordPress Developer & Manager

Location: Onsite – 10, Sector 31, Faridabad, Haryana 121003
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Type: Full-time / Long-term

About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced WordPress Developer Manager who can take full ownership of our WordPress websites. You’ll be responsible for building clean, high-performance sites using Elementor, managing all technical and server-side aspects, optimizing speed (Core Web Vitals), ensuring security, and supporting the internal team when needed.

This is not an SEO strategist role — but you should understand technical SEO basics like redirection, Google Search Console issues, sitemaps, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage responsive websites using WordPress + Elementor
Optimize website speed and pass Core Web Vitals
Manage technical SEO essentials (redirects, sitemaps, robots.txt, Search Console fixes)
Handle server-side tasks (cPanel, backups, PHP settings, DNS, SSL, CDN)
Fix plugin/theme conflicts, bugs, and performance issues
Set up and manage staging environments
Ensure website security, uptime, and regular maintenance
Assist internal teams (design/content) with any technical WordPress-related issues

Requirements:
Strong experience with WordPress + Elementor Pro
Hands-on with page speed optimization.
Confident working with cPanel, hosting environments, and basic command-line tasks
Familiarity with Google Search Console, crawl issues, indexing, and redirection handling
Proactive problem-solver with an eye for clean, efficient builds
Able to take ownership and manage the full WordPress lifecycle
