About the Role
Key Responsibilities-
* Lead the technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD,
CSM, and custom applications.
* Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions within the ServiceNow
platform.
* Develop high-level architectural designs and roadmaps for ServiceNow implementations and
integrations.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators.
* Ensure platform governance, scalability, and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
* Evaluate and recommend technical solutions and integrations with third-party systems using
APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware.
* Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and development teams to
deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas of optimization and innovation on the
platform.
* Participate in pre-sales activities, solution design workshops, and architecture reviews.
