We are looking for a Java Developer with 5+ years of experience who will be responsible for production support and ticket resolution in a microservices-based environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices with a solid background in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 production support, ensuring minimal downtime and quick issue resolution.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and application failures in real-time.
Manage and resolve tickets related to system performance, bugs, and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, and Business Analysts) to provide timely resolutions.
Monitor logs, alerts, and incident reports to ensure system stability.
Develop scripts and automation tools to improve system monitoring and issue resolution.
Identify root causes of issues and suggest long-term fixes for system optimization.
Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions for knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Java development and production support.
Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Experience in log analysis and debugging using tools like Kibana, Splunk, or ELK stack.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
Ability to work in high-pressure environments and provide quick resolutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
