About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front-End Developer to join our growing team. This role requires someone with a strong foundation in core web technologies and hands-on experience with modern frameworks and tools. You’ll play a key role in building intuitive, responsive, and performant user interfaces that connect seamlessly with backend systems.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain user-facing features using HTML, CSS (Tailwind CSS), and JavaScript
Build responsive, accessible, and well-structured layouts with Tailwind CSS — a must-have skill for this role
Integrate dynamic templates using Blade in Laravel
Create interactive UI components with React.js
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and handle data efficiently using PHP and Node.js
Implement robust front-end validations and work with various third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, analytics tools, CRMs)
Maintain and customize CMS platforms such as WordPress
Ensure code quality through regular commits, code reviews, and branching strategies using Git
Troubleshoot and debug UI/UX issues for different browsers and devices
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in frontend development
Requirements
Advanced expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Semantic HTML structure and accessibility best practices
Deep understanding of Tailwind CSS — including utility-first design, customization, and responsiveness
Good experience with Laravel’s Blade templating engine
Ability to build reusable templates and integrate them with backend logic
Solid working knowledge of React.js
Familiarity with component-based architecture, hooks, props, and state management
Competency in backend technologies: PHP and Node.js
Able to work alongside backend developers and understand data flow and API consumption
Experience with form validations, both client-side and integrated with backend rules
Good understanding of WordPress
Comfortable creating/modifying themes and managing content structures
Proficiency with Git for version control
Experienced with GitHub/GitLab workflows, pull requests, and code collaboration
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, Framer Motion)
Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
Exposure to headless CMS platforms
Knowledge of Docker or CI/CD pipelines
