About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Developer with experience in building custom applications and end-to-end customer solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Python development, particularly with the Flask framework, and a solid understanding of building APIs and application logic. Exposure to React for UI and Excel add-ins for financial applications is a strong plus.

Mandate Skills (Must-Have):
Python: Strong proficiency in Python programming.
Flask: Hands-on experience with Flask framework for building web applications.
Custom Application Development: Expertise in designing and developing custom software solutions.
RESTful API Development: Experience in designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
Custom Business Logic Implementation: Ability to implement business-specific logic into software applications.
ORM Frameworks (e.g., SQLAlchemy): Familiarity with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks like SQLAlchemy for database operations.
SQL Server: Experience in database development, optimization, and management using SQL Server.
Azure Platform: Knowledge of cloud hosting and deployment using Microsoft Azure.
Docker: Experience with Docker for containerization of applications.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have / Added Advantage):
SaaS Application Development: Experience in developing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications using Python.
React: Familiarity with React for front-end development.
Excel Add-in Development: Experience in creating Excel Add-ins, especially for financial applications.
Cloud Infrastructure Experience: General experience with cloud infrastructure, Azure preferred.
DevOps Workflows: Familiarity with DevOps processes, particularly involving Docker.
