About the Role
Location: Bangalore
Purpose of Position: Will be required to analyze, develop System requirements, modifications, and upgrades, and diagnose and resolve system errors or technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicating with team members and clients requires strong active listening skills, clear verbal and nonverbal communication, and effective writing skills.
Meet with the product owner and system architect to understand the system requirements.
Troubleshooting technical issues and developing effective solutions
Drive innovation within the solution set by applying new technology and facilitating the development of software interactions, connections, and transactions that enable data value exchange and support platform strategy
Collaborate with stakeholders (Solution Architect, Development, Product) to understand the market requirements, ensure successful application of architectural design, support development and delivery of products, and implement systematic leveraging and reuse of enterprise components
Understand the information needs, data sources, and their limitations and ensure data is validated, stored, protected, and processed accurately and timely
Develop software documentation that will guide in installing and operationalizing software products or systems
Work collaboratively with development teams and communicate clearly and concisely, especially when dealing with technical topics

Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a Graduation/Diploma: BE/ BTech/ IT Graduate
Total Experience in years: 7-10 - years
