Technical Skills
EME management
CC setup and performance tuning.
Command on installation/upgrade and Administration of other AI products like Express it, Mhub, DQE, AG, GDE, Control>Center, AIWebServices
Ab Initio Code deployment process
In Depth knowledge of AI Core concepts like Co>op, apphubs , Repository , User management , global env params , MFS etc
Should be excellent with Reporters and Bridges.
Should have good understanding of how different AI suit products talk to each other and how they are related.
Candidate should be able to Automate the repetitive Ab Initio Tasks.
Understanding of Oracle Database
Should be able to install/update packages in linux
Troubleshooting Skills
Should be able to resolve GDE issues
Debugging of failed jobs and performance issues with jobs.
Candidate should have good experience of handing Issues related to checkouts , permissions and connectivity
Performance issues with products which are Web hosted.
Customer Support Skills
Communicate clearly and appropriately : setting the right expectations, providing timely status updates, and clearly explaining necessary steps.
Candidate should be willing to work in 24X7 rotational Shifts
