About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and high-performing AI/ML Engineer to join our core team. You’ll lead the development of AI models and systems that power real-world applications like Text-to-SQL, RAG pipelines, conversational agents, and more. This is an opportunity to build production-ready AI at scale, from scratch, alongside the founding team.
You’ll work closely with product and engineering to design, implement, optimize, and deploy AI-driven features across the platform. If you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of generative AI and NLP, and want to see your work impact users directly, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do?
Build and fine-tune NLP and generative AI models for real-world use cases (RAG, Text-to-SQL, QA, summarization).
Work with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and other cutting-edge frameworks to design and build LLM-powered workflows.
Implement and optimize retrieval pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
Train, evaluate, and deploy models in production with focus on scalability, performance, and latency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to translate business needs into ML systems.
Contribute to MLOps: experiment tracking, model versioning, deployment pipelines, and monitoring.
Stay on top of the latest in generative AI, foundation models, and apply innovations rapidly.
What We're Looking For?
1–2 years of hands-on experience in ML or AI-focused roles.
Solid Python skills, with experience in ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience with transformer-based models, LLMs, and NLP tasks like Q&A, summarization, entity recognition etc.
Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG architectures, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with Text-to-SQL, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS), and prompt tuning.
Strong understanding of model evaluation, fine-tuning, and optimization.
Curiosity, initiative, and the drive to own your work end-to-end.
