Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
AMINA India is seeking a skilled and dynamic Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in PHP, experience with the Laravel framework, and proficiency in Alpine.js for frontend development. Additionally, familiarity with WordPress as a CMS is essential. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing company websites and web applications.
Your AMINA To-Do List
Develop and maintain AMINA’s web applications
Enhance, customize, and maintain AMINA’s existing WordPress-based website, including plugins and themes.
Build interactive and responsive frontend interfaces using Alpine.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Integrate Laravel applications with WordPress where required.
Ensure company websites and web applications are optimized for performance, security, and SEO.
Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Laravel, WordPress, and frontend components.
Stay updated with emerging web technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers to improve website functionality.
Manage version control using Git and ensure smooth deployments.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams regarding web-related tasks.
Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Web Developer with expertise in PHP, Laravel, and WordPress.
Strong proficiency in Alpine.js and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with custom WordPress theme and plugin development.
Understanding of database management using MySQL.
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
Proficient in using Figma for collaborative UI/UX design, prototyping, and wireframing.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
Experience working on financial services or banking websites is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
