What you’ll do
Providing technical leadership to build, develop, and scale the developer tools and frameworks.
Collaborating with engineers throughout the organisation to identify opportunities for increasing development velocity and improving product quality.
Leading the technical design and development of software solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
Defining technical standards and processes and mentoring team members to ensure they meet these standards.
Collaborating with product and design teams to understand business needs and ensure technical solutions align with these needs.
What you'll need
Must Haves
Mastery of at least one high-level programming language such as Java, C++, or GO, with a deep understanding of software development best practices.
Exceptional analytical skills to effectively solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
Proven leadership and mentorship skills to guide team members and create a collaborative work environment.
A developer-centric mindset and a passion for building high-quality platforms for other developers
Proven track record of results as a Principal Engineer level or above at a premier technology company
Good to haves
Experience into Distributed systems programming,
In depth knowledge of Unix/Windows
Understanding of storage fundamentals
Additional
B Tech/M Tech in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed college.
Good problem-solving skills.
Deeply technical with a track record of successful delivery.
