About the Role
Job Title: Programmer cum IT Support
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 5+ Years
Domain Preference: Insurance background preferred
Specialization: PLSQL, Python, ASP.Net, Node.js, NestJS, Angular, Oracle Forms & Reports
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and debug software applications using modern programming languages and low-code/no-code platforms.
Provide technical support for internal and external software issues.
Maintain and enhance in-house software systems.
Generate and customize reports as per business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve daily issues within the core systems.
Document system development activities, programming issues, and solutions.
Collaborate with business partners and ensure system functionality aligns with organizational goals.
Technical Skills:
Databases: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, PL/SQL
Programming Tools: Oracle Forms & Reports, Angular, Java, Python, ASP.Net, Node.js, NestJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
APIs: Strong experience in API development and integration using SOAP & RESTful services
DevOps: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices
Reporting Tools: Oracle Reports, Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense
Digital Platforms: Low-code/No-code platforms, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, ManageEngine
Cloud & Automation: Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and AI/automation tools
