We are seeking a skilled J2EE Developer with over 5 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Core Java and be proficient in using various frameworks and technologies, including Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes (K8S), and PL/SQL. The role involves developing new programs, enhancing existing ones, and providing technical documentation support, while adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled J2EE Developer with over 5 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Core Java and be proficient in using various frameworks and technologies, including Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes (K8S), and PL/SQL. The role involves developing new programs, enhancing existing ones, and providing technical documentation support, while adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Development: Engage in the design and development of robust enterprise applications using J2EE technologies such as Servlet, JSP, Hibernate, JPA, JSF, EJB, Spring, and Struts.
• Spring Boot Expertise: Develop and maintain applications using the Spring Boot framework, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Kafka Solutions: Build efficient and scalable solutions using Kafka for messaging and stream processing.
• Kubernetes: Deploy and manage applications within Kubernetes environments, ensuring high availability and security.
• Database Management: Utilize Oracle databases, write PL/SQL code, and ensure seamless integration with backend systems.
• Application Server Management: Manage and configure application servers like WebLogic, ensuring optimal performance.
• Version Control: Employ GitLab for version control, maintaining clean and organized code repositories.
• Scripting: Use JavaScript for scripting tasks to enhance application functionality and user experience.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, adhering to standard version control procedures.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work effectively across various technologies and teams to achieve project goals.
• Adaptability: Quickly adapt to evolving business priorities and requirements.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a J2EE designer/developer.
• Core Java: Solid development experience in Core Java.
• Frameworks: Proficiency in J2EE frameworks and technologies.
• Spring Boot: Demonstrable hands-on experience in Spring Boot application development.
• Kafka: Expertise in building Kafka-based solutions.
• Kubernetes: Experience working with Kubernetes environments.
• Database Skills: Ability to write and optimize PL/SQL code using Oracle databases.
• Application Servers: Experience with WebLogic or similar application servers.
• Scripting Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Version Control: Experience with GitLab or similar version control systems.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
• EJB Experience: Preferable experience with Enterprise Java Beans (EJBs).
• Financial Sector Experience: Prior experience with investment firms or in the financial sector.
