Job Title: Software Engineer – Production Support (RTB)
Experience Level: 5-6 years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled RTB Software Engineer with a strong background in production support (L2/L3) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing critical applications in a cloud-based environment and will be well-versed in incident, change, and problem management processes under the ITIL framework. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for business-critical applications.
Handle incident, change, and problem management, including stakeholder communication and coordination.
Monitor application performance and respond quickly to production issues to ensure up time and service continuity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
Work in a hybrid workplace model with availability for on-call support as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
5–6 years of hands-on experience in Production Support (L2/L3) roles.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Excellent monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting skills.
Solid experience with cloud-based environments, preferably AWS.
4–5 years of support experience in Java-based applications.
Good understanding of ReactJS and Spring Boot frameworks.
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
Good to Have:
Experience with MongoDB or general database knowledge.
Familiarity with Splunk, Elastic, APM tools, and ASM.
