Job Title: Software Engineer – UiPath Developer Experience Level: 6+ Years (Minimum 4 Years in UiPath Development)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced UiPath Developer to join our Automation team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on development with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator. This role involves the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions across web, Citrix, and Windows-based applications in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy attended and unattended bots using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator. Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions based on business requirements. Collaborate with the RBS team to provide UiPath SME support and assist in bot development. Perform unit and integration testing, ensure quality, and troubleshoot bugs post-deployment. Support bot deployment in production environments and apply bug fixes as needed. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 6 years of IT experience with at least 4 years of hands-on UiPath development. Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and automation of Web, Windows, and Citrix applications. Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade RPA bots. Experience working in an agile development environment.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have): UiPath certifications are a plus. Certification or hands-on experience in Power Automate. Previous experience with automation integration for Workday and ServiceNow platforms.
