About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer - Backend with expertise in .NET CORE
to join our development team. As a Software Engineer - Backend, you will be responsible for
developing high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and help
drive the growth of our business. You will be responsible for the development of web-based
application using .NET, as well as collaborating with other team members to ensure that all
the developments are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core and C#.
• Design and optimize MS SQL Server databases, including writing complex queries and
stored procedures.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate Angular components with backend
APIs.
• Apply OOPs concepts and ensure adherence to SOLID principles in application
architecture and design.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Write clean, scalable code and conduct code reviews.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience in .NET Core and C# development.
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server, database schema design, and query optimization.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Adherence to SOLID principles in software design.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core for data access.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Exposure to Azure cloud services such as App Services, Azure SQL Database, and
CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js.
Qualification -
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in .NET Core development.
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js.
• Understanding of security best practices in web development.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools like Application Insights.
