Your Job
Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models in production environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ML solutions
Optimize and scale ML models for performance and reliability
Monitor model performance and retrain/update as necessary
Work with large, complex datasets from various sources (structured and unstructured)
Implement data pipelines, feature engineering, and preprocessing workflows
Keep up to date with the latest research, tools, and technologies in machine learning and AI
Your Capabilities
4+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
Experience with model deployment frameworks (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker, TensorFlow Serving, Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices
Experience with data processing frameworks (Spark, Airflow, etc.) is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
