Job Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead with extensive experience in mobile testing. This role focuses primarily on manual and automation testing for iOS and Android mobile applications. While frontend/backend automation is a plus, it is not a strict requirement.
As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality mobile applications by collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing industry-leading mobile testing practices. You will guide the team in setting up automation frameworks for mobile platforms while ensuring robust test execution and defect management.

Qualifications:
🎓 Education: B.Tech or M.Tech preferred
💼 Experience: 4+ years in Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities:
Mobile Manual Testing:
✅ Develop and implement test plans for manual testing of iOS and Android apps.
✅ Perform UI/UX, functionality, compatibility, and device-specific testing.
✅ Conduct exploratory testing to uncover issues missed by automation.
✅ Collaborate with mobile developers and designers to enhance user experience.
Mobile Test Automation:
✅ Lead mobile test automation using Appium, Espresso (Android), and XCTest (iOS).
✅ Design and implement mobile automation frameworks to enhance efficiency.
✅ Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild).
✅ Perform cross-device testing to ensure smooth performance across OS versions.
Frontend/Backend Automation (Good-to-Have):
✅ Experience with frontend automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
✅ Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman or RestAssured.
Collaboration & Reporting:
✅ Track, prioritize, and manage defects using JIRA to ensure quick resolutions.
✅ Mentor junior QA engineers in mobile testing and automation strategies.
✅ Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience.
Test Management & Performance Testing:
✅ Maintain test documentation (test cases, scripts, and results).
✅ Optimize performance testing using JMeter, k6, or similar tools.
✅ Utilize AWS Device Farm or BrowserStack for cross-device testing.
Technical Skills:
