About the Role
🚨 Hiring: DevOps Engineer @ Flickd
We’re Flickd — a video-led shopping app built for Gen Z. Think Reels meets Amazon.
Now scaling fast. And we need someone who can own infra like a boss.
What you’ll do:
Manage and scale our AWS setup — EC2, EKS, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPCs, all of it
Handle deployments across staging, prod, and QA (with CI/CD)
Optimize infra for performance, security, and cost
Own monitoring, alerting, logging (CloudWatch / Prometheus / Grafana / ELK)
Automate infra provisioning (Terraform / Ansible / etc.)
Secure our backend and infra from day one (IAM, secrets, SSL, WAF, backups)
Tech you should be comfortable with:
AWS (must)
Docker, Kubernetes
Kafka, Redis, Postgres
GitHub Actions / Jenkins
Basic scripting (Python, Bash)
Bonus if you’ve worked with:
Mobile backend infra (React Native + Spring Boot)
Video processing infra (FFmpeg, media servers)
CDN tuning, caching layers
What we expect:
You take ownership. No excuses.
You know how to debug things at 3AM if needed (but ideally, nothing breaks).
You move fast, but don’t break things blindly.
You write clean infra, clean scripts, clean logs.
📍Location: Hybrid (Delhi preferred)
