About Us:
We’re a high-growth startup building an AI-powered platform that helps sales and support teams be radically more productive. Think automated workflows, intelligent recommendations, and real-time customer insights. We’re looking for talented Full Stack Developers to help us bring this vision to life.
What You’ll Do:
Design and build features across the full stack using GoLang (backend) and Flutter (frontend/mobile)
Work closely with our product, design, and AI teams to create intuitive, impactful experiences
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
Take ownership of major components and contribute to architectural decisions
Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with lots of autonomy and learning
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience in a startup or high-velocity tech environment
Strong CS fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, system design)
Proficiency in GoLang and/or Flutter
A bias toward action and a passion for building from scratch
Team player with great communication skills
Nice to Have:
Experience working on AI or automation products
Familiarity with sales or customer service tech stacks (e.g. CRMs, chat systems, ticketing)
DevOps or cloud experience (AWS)
