About the Role
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced React Developer to join our team. As a React Developer, you will be responsible for developing user interfaces using React.js and implementing high-quality, reusable, and efficient code. Your expertise in front-end development and proficiency in React will be vital in creating interactive web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Develop user interfaces for web applications using React.js.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive and interactive components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them with pixel-perfect precision.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend developers and integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to enhance application performance and usability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development, specifically in React and related technologies.
• Continuously improve development processes and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a focus on React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frontend technologies.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
• Knowledge of modern frontend build tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, as well as independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
