About the Role

Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in ServiceNow (Must)with overall 5+ years of IT experience in development project
Strong in ServiceNow development using most of the ServiceNow tools and featuressuch as Business Rule, Script Include, Client Scripts, UI Policies, AJAX, Glide Scripting, Java Scripting, Jelly Scripting, Service Portal, Angular JS, Widgets, Workflow, Catalog Development, UI Page, UI Scripts, UI Action, Inbound Action, Notifications, REST & SOAP APIs, Workflow Custom Activities, SQL, Database (Must)
ITIL Foundation certification (Preferred)
ServiceNow Administration certification (Must)
Service Portal Development (Widgets, AngularJS, Server Scripting, Client Scripting, HTML, DHTML, CSS, Pages, Portal Configuration)
Integration of ServiceNow with external tools using Web Services &REST APIs
Various module implementation experience (ITSM, ITOM, HR, Finance, GRC)
Ability to learn new technology and adopt changingbusiness requirements
Experience in Performance Analytics (Preferred)
Discovery
ServiceNow Implementation Certification (preferred)
Strong customer handling and communication skills (must), ability to collect requirements, translaterequirements into technicaldesign (detailed design), development of requirement in ServiceNow, fix any defects, support UAT
Experience in handling Agile based deliverymodel
Able to deliver high quality deliverables

Skill required to perform the duty:
Candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/orcustomization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Content management and Portal
Willingness to follow softwarebest practices to design and implement well documented, maintainable code
Perform all aspects of platform administration including configuration, monitoring, management, tuning, and security of all ServiceNow instances.
Troubleshoot production and test issues;perform root cause analysis, recommend corrective action, and lead the resolution efforts.
Identify automation opportunities and make recommendation for improvements to ITSM
modules such as IncidentManagement, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset
Management, CMDB and ServiceCatalog Requests.
Build CMDB data model and populateCMDB using the Service Now Discovery tool
Assist with regular ITSM ServiceNow releaseswhich may includesystem/integration
Create and successfully executeunit tests, UAT, and validation.
Design and implement processworkflows, procedures, and technical standards
Manager or lead a team as per businessrequirement
Analyse, diagnose, and resolvesoftware bugs utilizing approved procedures
Collaborate with other softwaredevelopers, operations staff,supervisors, and clients
