About the Role
Sr. Full Stack Engineer : 3 to 5 Years
Lead Full Stack Engineer : 6 to 8 Years
Preference: Immediate Joiners.
Responsibilities:
· As a Full stack developer, you will have end to end ownership for Software components across multiple layers of the Platform
· Design robust and scalable backend architecture, reusable business components and a seamless user experience
· Evaluate and implement appropriate technology components in the Tech Stack
· Participate in architectural and technical discussions, providing valuable insights and recommendations for system improvements.
· Responsible for holistic design and delivery encompassing all aspects – Code Quality, loose coupling, Cross Platform Compatibility, Scalability, Security, Observability, etc.
· Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards
· Full responsibility from design, delivery, deployment and maintaining the applications in production
· Lead by example and mentor other developers
Requirements:
· 3-8 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with experience on a single platform/product for a period of a 1-2 years
· Proven experience in front-end stack - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular JS, React and such
· Proven experience in server-side such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .Net.
· Proven experience in database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
· Exposure to development and deploying in one of Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP
· Experience in developing 12-factor apps/microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, FinOps is highly desirable
Education
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar.
