About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced React JS Developer to join our dynamic development team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern JavaScript development and a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
Work with state management libraries like Redux and Recoil.
Integrate RESTful APIs using Axios and real-time communication using WebSocket and Apollo.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement and improve design features.
Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and ensure code quality and best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4–6 years of hands-on experience with React.js in a production environment.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with Redux and Recoil for state management.
Proficient in integrating APIs using Axios and working with WebSocket and Apollo.
Solid understanding of component-based architecture and React lifecycle.
Familiarity with front-end tools and build systems (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
