Job Summary
We are looking for skilled ServiceNow Developers with hands-on experience in the Field Service Management (FSM) module. The ideal candidates will support the development, configuration, and integration of FSM functionalities to streamline field operations, enhance mobile workflows, and improve technician efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
· Configure and customize ServiceNow FSM module including Work Orders, Dispatch Console, Skills/Territories, and Mobile Agent App.
· Develop and maintain scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.) within the FSM context.
· Integrate FSM with CMDB and third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs.
· Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and business users to gather and translate requirements.
· Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment of solutions as per project timelines.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
· 4–7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including at least 2 years in FSM module.
· Familiarity with ServiceNow Mobile App configurations, Technician enablement, and Work Order Management.
· Good understanding of ITSM and CMDB relationships.
· Certifications preferred:
o Certified System Administrator
o Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM

Quantitative Selection Criteria
· Availability: Must be available to join within 7 days of offer.
· ServiceNow FSM Experience: 4–7 years of overall ServiceNow development, with 2+ FSM implementations.
· FSM Functional Knowledge: Experience in Field Agent App, Work Orders, Skills, Territories, and Dispatch Console.
· Integration Skills: 2+ projects with hands-on integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
· Development Proficiency: Strong JavaScript skills with practical knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes.
