Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Software Trainee located on-site in Chennai. The Software Trainee will be engaged in various tasks such as software development, programming, managing databases, designing software, and executing testing processes. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment, while contributing to the development of cutting-edge digital solutions.
Job Description: Fresher – Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) Solution Developer
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers welcome)
Key Responsibilities:
Understand business requirements and translate them into functional applications.
Work with the platform to design workflows, validations, and business rules.
Write and optimize MS SQL queries, stored procedures, and database logic to support application functionality.
Assist in system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth application performance.
Document system configurations, business requirements, and development processes.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills – Ability to interact with stakeholders and gather requirements.
Analytical thinking & problem-solving ability – Understanding of business logic and process flows.
MS SQL Programming – Writing queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
Basic knowledge of software development – Any Programming Language (C#, Java…).
Eagerness to learn Low-Code/No-Code development and enterprise solution building.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Exposure to business workflows, process automation, or application development is an advantage.
