About the Role
(ServiceNow- App Engine Module)
Requirements:
Develop frontend and ServiceNow.
Have proficiency in using development and management tools in ServiceNow such as ATF, Test Management, App Engine, UI Builder, and etc.
Agile Development.
Develop test cases for each user story and test based on understanding of how-to whole system work.
Make deliverables related to quality (unit test report, integration test report and so on)
Review code based on coding standard
ServiceNow CSA and CAD certification
Familiarity with ServiceNow platforms and Mobility Services such as EMM (Enterprise Mobility Management), TEM (Telecom Expense Management), MDM (Mobile Device Management).
Ability to learn new technology and adopt changing business requirements
Strong customer handling and communication skills (must), ability to collect requirements, translate requirements into technical design (detailed design), development of requirement in ServiceNow, fix any defects, support UAT
Experience in handling Agile based delivery model
Able to deliver high quality deliverables
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related field)
3+ years of relevant work experience
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
