Job Description
As a Backend Engineer (SDE 3) at Es Magico Tech Studio, you will play a critical role in architecting, designing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to solve complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality, scalable systems.
Role And Responsibility
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions. Architect systems and services with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth within the team. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to standards and improving code quality. Stay up to date with the latest technologies and advocate for their adoption where appropriate. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, debugging complex systems effectively.
Skills Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of system design and architecture. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript. Extensive experience with frameworks such as React, Node.js, Django, or similar. Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and experience designing scalable data solutions. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Prior experience in mentoring and leading small teams of engineers. Knowledge of AI/ML-driven systems is a plus.
